Refund policy

Refund window

You may request a full refund within seven days of purchase if the learner access code has not been redeemed. Once the code is redeemed, or more than seven days have passed, the purchase is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Other eligible requests

We will review requests involving:

• a duplicate charge;
• an unauthorized purchase reported promptly; or
• a technical failure that prevents access and cannot be resolved by support.

Unused time, a changed exam date, a decision not to study, or a score outcome does not by itself qualify for a refund. Account restrictions caused by a material violation of the Terms of Use are also not refundable unless required by law.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the guardian account email, learner first name, purchase date, and Stripe receipt or transaction identifier. Do not send a full card number or access code.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. Refunded access and its learner code will be deactivated.

Legal rights

This policy does not limit refund or cancellation rights that apply under consumer law. Policy changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date unless the law requires otherwise.
