Can I cancel?
Seasonal is one payment for 12 months of Premium. Monthly renews each month until you cancel it in Premium on the web, and you keep access to the end of the month you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support if you were charged twice, didn’t authorize a purchase or can’t reach Premium. In-app purchases are refunded through Apple or Google Play.
Does it work on my phone too?
Yes. Premium attaches to your Hourly Prep account, so it works in the app and on the web.
