Delete your account
You can delete your Hourly Prep account at any time, in the app or by email.
Effective October 8, 2026
Delete it in the app
- Open Hourly Prep and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account, read what will be removed, and confirm.
On the web, sign in at hourlyprep.com/app and use Delete account on the same screen.
Or ask us by email
If you can’t sign in, email [email protected] from the address you use for Hourly Prep. We verify the request, delete the account, and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your profile, study plan, and test date.
- Practice answers, scores, mistakes, and AI tutor conversations.
- Progress and scratch work saved on your device.
Your sign-in for other Hourly Learning apps is not deleted. Purchase records we must keep for tax and accounting are retained as described in the privacy policy.
